Super E0 V313 HMR Melamine Board

The Super E0 V313 HMR standard for melamine board represents a very specific classification that combines several high-quality and durability characteristics in engineered wood products. This classification indicates that the board adheres to the lowest formaldehyde emission standards, as described by the Super E0 specification, and also meets additional requirements for moisture resistance and structural integrity under the V313 standard. Here's a breakdown of what each component of this classification means:

Super E0: As previously mentioned, this part of the classification indicates that the melamine board has extremely low formaldehyde emissions, below 0.3 mg/L, which is beneficial for maintaining indoor air quality and minimizing health risks associated with formaldehyde exposure.

This standard is stricter than the more common E1 and E2 standards, where E1 allows emissions up to 1.5 mg/L and E2 up to 5mg/L.

V313: This refers to a specific test standard, often associated with particleboard and other wood-based panels, which assesses their performance in terms of moisture resistance and structural stability. The V313 test involves cyclic testing of the material under conditions of high humidity and temperature to simulate the effects of varying environmental conditions over time. Thick PVC Edging

For your great benefice we're also upgrade edging to 1mm thick P.V.C. edging (ABS) as carcass edging and shelf edging with no extra charges since 2018. These upgrades are to prevent damages during transportation and installation, also make the cabinet looks nicer and durable. 

We're upgraded our door system to soft closing features with no extra charges since 2010, the features brought to our customer a great experience of using their cabinet daily, and the features has been tested with good quality and durability. 

We are using under mounted soft close ball bearing slides (30kg) as our drawer system to create a good daily use experience with no extra charges and also, we provide some branded drawer system with soft closing features in reasonable price, the system also being tested with good quality and durability in the market.
